• Items must be in original packaging with all components and accessories.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Terms:

• You may cancel your order before shipment with no penalty.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized or bulk industrial RO units.
• Used or installed products.
• Items damaged due to misuse.

Damage on Delivery:

• Report product damage within 24 hours of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.
